Work With Me
Ready to go further than the essays can take you?
Strong and Stable is where we build trust. This is where we go further. Two ways to work with me directly — therapy and coaching. Both are for the woman who’s done understanding her patterns and ready to actually change them.
Individual Psychotherapy
Depth therapy
Depth-oriented, trauma-informed individual therapy for driven women who are ready to do the actual work — not just understand it. I use EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic approaches, integrating whichever combination fits your nervous system and your history.
I know from the inside what it costs to keep performing competence when your proverbial foundation is shaking. Therapy with me isn’t about coping strategies. It’s about actually changing the architecture underneath — the neural pathways — the deeply grooved routes your nervous system still defaults to — the attachment blueprints formed before you had words for them, the internal parts that are still running a very old algorithm.
This is what we do together:
Relational trauma and attachment wounds from childhood or early adulthood
Identity, self-worth, and what perfectionism has been protecting
Life transitions and career crossroads that feel bigger than the decision in front of you
The intersection of ambition, anxiety, and a nervous system that won’t let you rest
Workaholism and the achievement patterns that got you here and are now costing you
Parenting when your own childhood was hard
The both/and territory: you can want the big life AND need the foundation work. Those aren’t opposites.
EMDR, IFS, and somatic therapy are not soft skills. They’re evidence-based clinical approaches for the kind of relational trauma that shaped driven women — and that talk therapy alone tends to circle without touching.
Executive & Leadership Coaching
A different structure
Not therapy — coaching. A different structure for a different kind of work.
For the physician, attorney, founder, or executive whose professional life is functioning and whose interior isn’t — and who needs someone who understands both worlds. I’ve run a multimillion-dollar practice, managed 24 employees, and worked clinically with hundreds of leaders. I don’t need a glossary for what you’re navigating.
I work nationally with Silicon Valley founders, healthcare leaders, nonprofit executives, and attorneys. The common thread: a driven exterior and an interior that hasn’t caught up. My job isn’t to ask you to want less. It’s to help you understand what the drive is protecting — and change the equation without losing the ambition.
This is what we do together:
Nervous system regulation under high-stakes pressure (the kind that doesn’t respond to meditation apps)
Leadership identity and the armor underneath the role
Decision-making when you’re running on adrenaline and cortisol, not clarity
Sustainable high performance versus compulsive productivity — and how to tell the difference
The transition from driven achiever to grounded leader
Preparing for exits, successions, and the identity questions they surface
Available nationally. Not a licensed clinical service.
Not Sure Which Is Right for You?
Therapy and coaching serve different purposes and different people, and the line between them matters — legally, ethically, and practically.
Therapy may be the right fit if you’re experiencing significant anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, or relational difficulty that’s affecting your daily functioning. If you want to go back and understand where your patterns came from. If you’re in a season of real pain, not just friction.
Coaching may be the right fit if your functioning is solid and you want to optimize for leadership, decision-making, and sustainable performance. If your question is less “what’s wrong with me” and more “why does this keep happening and how do I change it.”
