Wright, LMFT, DBA Annie Wright, LLC (”Annie Wright”). This policy

explains how we handle information collected through this Substack

publication.

& Stable, comment, or otherwise interact with this publication,

Substack collects information on our behalf, including your email

address, subscription tier, payment information (processed by

Substack’s payment processors; we do not store full card numbers),

comments and replies, and basic engagement data. Substack’s own

tool, your conversations may be logged for quality assurance and are

processed by third-party AI providers. Ask Annie is not

HIPAA-compliant. Do not share personally identifiable information or

This is not clinical care. No information shared with Strong & Stable

or Ask Annie is treated as clinical or protected health information

under HIPAA. If you are an individual therapy client of Annie Wright,

LMFT, your clinical records are governed by a separate,

HIPAA-compliant Notice of Privacy Practices and are stored in a

separate, HIPAA-compliant clinical system.

Your rights. If you are a California resident, EU/UK resident, or

resident of another jurisdiction with applicable privacy rights, you

may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion

Children. Strong & Stable is not directed to children under 13. We do

not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
